In some of the old fairy tales I have read they talk about the different fairy courts (winter and summer). These are the little creatures I imagine populating them.
I mean court as in a group of powerful people occupying the land. Although if those two options definitely the stone circle one! I love a good stone circle like Castlerigg or Long Meg
How does a ROYAL sidhe compare or relate to the Celtic myth/legend of the sidhe (“shee”) or “banshee?” [I looked it up because I had no clue.]

Oh, like the Fairy Council in The Land of Stories. Or, do you mean court like a stone circle generally sprinkled with a particular season’s trimmings?
